With the enclosed curriculum vitae describing my credentials and
experience, I would like to introduce myself and express my interest in
exploring employment opportunities with
you as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As you will see from my CV, I am currently
finishing a Master of Science
in Nursing in the Family Nursing Practitioner Program at Concordia University
Wisconsin. I am excelling
academically and maintained a 3.5 GPA while working FTE 0.5 I previously earned
a B.S.N and A.D.N. One
of my distinctive areas of competence is my extensive background in Telemetry
nursing. As a Telemetry Nurse
on a very busy medical surgical unit at United Hospital System, I supervise
Patient Care Assistants and student
nurse interns. In previous experience as a Telemetry Nurse in Kenosha, I
provided post-operative care to
surgical patients in these areas: general surgery, cardiovascular vascular
surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery,
and orthopedic surgery. I am genuinely excited about the medical care I will be
able to provide as a Family
Nurse Practitioner. You would find me to be an exceptionally strong
communicator who is well equipped for
the challenges of teaching and educating patients about their illnesses and
treatments. As you can see from the
fact that I have embarked on the adventure of obtaining my master’s degree, I
am an extremely hard worker who
is committed to refining my skills and abilities to the highest level. Quality
care is always my focus, and I am
seeking a position in a practice that will value an ambitious and dedicated
professional who could enhance the
image and patient care of the practice. I hope we will have the opportunity to
